Q. How far in advance do I need to book a meeting room?
A. We are currently booking up to ten months in advance.

Q. What is the earliest I can get into the room to set-up?
A. You may have access as early as 7:30 am. If you need to make special arrangements, please contact the sales office.

Q. Can we bring our own food & alcohol?
A. Yes. In all of our roooms, excluding the Baja Room, we allow off-site catering.

Q. When can I place an order for A/V equipment or Catering?
A. All Catering and A/V needs must be finalized 3 business days prior to the event.

A. Yes. Please contact the sales office for vegetarian options.

Q. Do you have kitchen facilities for off-site caterers?
A. None of our rooms have kitchen facilities except for the Baja Room, which is exclusively used through

Q. What is included with the room rental?
A. Your room rental includes tables, chairs and linens.

Q. How many hours are included with the room rental?
A. Room rental includes a full day 8-hour time block. If you need to make special arrangements, please contact the sales office.

Q. What are your office hours?
A. Monday - Saturday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
    Sunday: 9:30 am - 3:30 pm

Q. Do you offer overnight accommodations?
A. No. Marina Village is a conference center and marina only. We do offer suggestions on local

Q. Do you offer tours?
A. Yes. We schedule tours of meeting rooms Monday-Friday during office hours. Please contact the sales office.

Q. Do I need an appointment to view the rooms?
A. No. However, we recommend that you call ahead to make sure rooms are available. Many rooms are usually in use during the week for meetings.

Q. Does Marina Village accept credit cards and Purchase Orders?
A. Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Purchase Orders.

A. There is abundant parking and no fees.
